Vaginal discharge: If you're female, presumably this is vaginal discharge, right? Any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated. Also true if the discharge is coming from near the vaginal opening or the urethra itself, perhaps due to inflammation of Bartholin or Skene's gland. Most causes are not serious, but better safe than sorry.

See below : Discharge is likely vaginal in origin and is either related to the normal increased physiological vaginal discharge commonly seen with pregnancy and of no significance or it may be related to a vaginal infection (vaginitis) such as a yeast infection. If discharge is associated with burning, itching, irritation, bleeding, or other bothersome symptoms, recommend you notify your physician.

Urethral discharge: What were the exact circumstances? If following a bowel movement, the discharge may be normal semen or genital fluids, due to pressure on the prostate and seminal vesicles. This is an occasional harmless occurence in many men. If the discharge is spontaneous, it suggests an STD (chlamydia, nongonococcal urethritis), but only if at risk for STD. See doc to check it out. Better safe than sorry.

See a doctor: Any new or increased vaginal discharge needs professional care. If "creamy" means color (yellowish, tan, etc) or if it stains your underwear, an infection is likely, especially an STD e.g. chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomonas. Of course an STD is possible only if sexually active. But if so, at your age STD is possible even if you have only one partner and don't consider yourself at risk. Good luck!

Urethritis: It sounds like an std. Chlamydia is the most common cause of urethritis after gonorrhea. Get a culture from your doctor and treat all contacts as well.

See your doctor: to get discharge examined to see if it is still yeast infection or something else such as bacterial vaginosis . Treatments differs. If still yeast infection you may need another course of antibiotic against yeast infection.

Go see a doctor :): Fortunately in the UK there is a NHS that takes care of everyone. Without an exam it's not possible to be certain, but your symptoms fit with either yeast vaginitis, or a urinary infection or possibly both. It would also be important to ask about the possibility of pregnancy amongst other things. A urine test and pelvic exam would she light on what is causing your symtpoms. Best wishes to you!

Hold off: I suggest abstaining. You may be secreting seminal fluid from masturbation and you may have irritated your urethra, I suggest lots of fluids for the next 72 hours and if symptoms continue, a medical exam.
