Penile pimples: It's possible that you have a yeast infection.  Use an otc cream, e.g., clotrimazole, nystatin, Lamisil (terbinafine) twice a day for 1-2 weeks.  If it's not any better, see your dermatologist.

: These papules can be very difficult to diagnose from a picture so you really need to see a doctor in person so that your rash can be examined. Once examined, a diagnosis can be made and then the appropriate treatment rendered. So, see your doctor for an in-person evaluation. Good luck!

Don't treat: Pearly penile papules are normal and do not require treatment.  There are several ways to destroy them, but you might like the cosmetic result even less than the current situation.  We've all seen someone who has obviously had too much plastic surgery, right?  Don't do that to your penis!

Not necessary: Ppp are benign bumps around the periphery of the glans penis.  They are more common than you think (just not necessarily talked about at the gym or over coffee) and do not require treatment.  I have had a few patients insist on treatment as they were self conscious about the appearance and thought that sexual partners may mistake them as genital warts.  Co2 laser has been successful in these cases.

Not much: The glands are tiny spots with cheezy material which can be extracted. The papules are solid.Both are tiny, benign, & best left alone.

Penis papules: Penis bumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention.

Penile Papules: Pearly penile papules are tiny bumps that ring the rim of the penis head. They are typically flesh-colored or a little lighter and have a smooth dome shape. Interestingly, they also seem to form in organized rows, like a string of pearls. There are no harmful effects other than some possible sensitivity that may be uncomfortable during sex or other activities.
