hello, i recently bought a raw chocolate bar containing ground pau d'arco, and wanted to know if it is safe to consume raw pau d'arco sparingly?

Probably: I first learned of this plant while i toured the amazon.  Despite its touted activities, there is little or no scientific proof to support them. However it is safe to take sparingly.

Tea: It should have no effect on your antifungals but I would suggest you do not take them together

is it okay to take pau d'arco and birth control pills at the same time? (specifically microgynon 30)

Accepted Answer

No problem: Pau d'Arco is a supplement rather than a drug and shouldn't have any effect on your birth control. Make sure you take your birth control at the same time everyday and don't skip any pills.

should i wear darco boot to bed?

Check with your Doc-: Who had ordered them as he must be having way of dealing with your specific problem.
He has known you, examined and will knowing the effects of the treatment.
Anyone else would most likely cause a  confusion for you.

pain when moving on feet in plantar fascia and tender in fasia with massage. is the darco body armor night splint a good splint? anyone better or not?

Ask your doctor: Night splints can be a useful adjunct in treating stubborn plantar fasciitis, and it has its place with other modalities such as antiinflammatories (oral and injected), stretching, foot orthoses, etc.  Talk to your doctor what approach or combination of modalities will work best for you.  The darco is as a good of quality device as most other medical "name brands".

im having light spotting enough to come out on a pad but not cover it or fill it up its neen four days and i have dark rings around my areloas?

Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

did a urinalysis test this morning first thing. urine was dark. read -tive with regards to the sample but usually pad does not change color?

Dehydration: Usually dark urine suggests a lack of fluid in the diet. I would encourage ample intake of clear fluids which should help the issue.

i used dr. scholls otc corn remover pads on 5 of my toes. using the pads, the top of my toes have dark circles. how can i get the normal color back?

It's a burn : The dark spots are probably not from the corn pads. Usually it's from pressure of the shoe pushing on the bone. The corn pads have acid on them and only cause burns. They are useless.

i am 23 unmarried, earlier had normal menstrual flow about three to four pads/24hrs, now reduced, darker, this time 1week late(otherwise regular) no pain?

Sounds normal: Your periods occur because of changes in hormones within your system. While a lot of women have a period every month around the same time, there is variation from cycle to cycle. Ie – a period may come on a few days earlier or later and maybe heavier or lighter depending on the endometrium lining. It may come continuously or with intermittent spotting. These are variation of a normal process
