ive got this unnerving felling that i swallowed my ring a few days ago and only recalled my thoughts about it 24 hours later. since then ive looked for the ring elsewhere however i have a wind in my back that wont pass due to a blockage. ?

Can't pass stool: If you have a strong urge for a BM but can't pass stool, work from below. Insert a glycerin rectal suppository or use a fleet's enema. If the stool is still impacted you may need to be disimpacted rectally by a nurse or physician unless you can administer a high enema.

Not really: With blockage the best way to treat is with a stent.

Yes, but...: A partial obstruction of the digestive tract could result in decreased appetite, but there are many things that can cause decreased appetite, so I would not jump to that conclusion unless tests have been done that would verify that. If you have a prolonged decreased appetite, especially if it results in excessive unintended weight loss, see your doctor. Good luck.

Hemorrhoids: If the hemorrhoids are on the outside, you can use preparation H cream. If they are in the inside, you will need a suppository like preparation H or anusol. You should avoid constipation so that the hemorrhoids don't recur. Your doctor can do an anoscopy in the office to determine the size of hemorrhoids. If there is partial blockage sensation, you might want to consider a colonoscopy.

regarding ct scan quest, will it show a partial blockage that poss comes an goes thats poss caused by adhession causes chronic vomitin every few months?

Maybe: If you have a ct scan during an episode of partial blockage, it will show up, but if your ct is done in between episodes, it probably will not show anything - assuming the blockage is caused by adhesions.

Mgt: If he has no pain or fever, I would advise providing hydration and a follow up visit. He should be able to drink without difficulty.
If he has signs of infection and/or pain,  I think that he should see a physician right away.

Cardiac output : If it is a flow limiting blockage, yes. Your heart still has a fiduciary duty to get the same amount of oxygen and blood to the rest of the body. When the pump can't work as good because of her blocked artery, the heart tries to pump faster to make up for the demand it's charged with. In some types of blocks there may not be a fast heart rate.

Suggestions: When you say "after left side terrible blockage pain", I am not sure if you mean that you recently were diagnosed by a doctor with a small bowel obstruction?  If so, all bets are off and I would go straight to an ER or possibly Urgent Care Center if they have the ability to do x-rays.  If you have not had an SBO and the pain is subsiding then my recommendation would be to use a Fleets enema.
