May help: This side effect of paroxetine may help prevent premature ejaculation. A single dose of 20 mgs is given several hours before planned intercourse. Be aware of possible side effects of sedation, interactions with certain medications, nausea. Avoid alcohol with paoxetine. Familiarize yourself with precautions using this medication on demand. Your pharmacist is helpful in this regard.

Work with your doctor to find the appropriate dosage and schedule for treating your premature ejaculation without decreasing sex drive. SSRIs can work very well for this problem.
