What meds?: Pale pink discharge is likely blood coming from uterus, though cervix and vagina as sources cannot be ruled out.  Not sure what meds you were referring to... Or why they would have an effect on bleeding. Consider reposting your question with the prescription medication you are using. The medications you listed wouldn't cause breakthrough bleeding.

Pink discharge: The discharge could be related to ovulation.  You did not provide your age, and there may be other causes. After a period, there may be residual small amounts of blood which can be expressed by contractions of the womb after sex.  If this continues, see your healthcare provider who performed the hysteroscopy.

Possible,: It's very possible and after 5 days late for MP now it's time to take a home pregnancy test. They are very accurate in this time frame. The pink discharge can be a a light period and can also be found in pregnancy as well. Check a first morning urine pregnancy test and good luck.

Normal: Light bleeding, or spotting, during early pregnancy is common, especially during the first trimester. It is considered spotting when you notice a few drops of blood occasionally in your underwear, or wipe yourself with tissue and see a little blood on the paper. There should not be enough blood to fill a panty liner. Call a Dr if you have Bleeding, Cramping and Lower abdominal and back pain
