Need more info: How old are you? Do you have any symptoms? You have a terminal illness? It may be that you are pre-occupied with death because you are depressed. Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain, not a moral failing. Please consult your doctor as there are effective treatments for depression.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Don't count on it: I've known people to try this and live on for decades with brain damage, regretting their attempt. If you are thinking of harming yourself, call 911 if you feel you are losing control, or talk with your physician as soon as you can. Whatever the circumstances, people will not think well of you for taking your life, but will admire any attempt you make to get it back in order. Be truly brave ; live.

There is hope: Depression is a serious medical condition with feelings of contact sadness, guilt, unworthiness and hopelessness. The great thing is that help is available through counseling and medication. Talk to your health care provider if you think you are suffering from depression and he/she can get you on a treatment regimen. Or call a suicide help line - such as 800-273-talk (8255). Please get help.

Fairly: Usually these folks' consciousness is much clouded by the time the metabolic derangements might become uncomfortable. It's treatable nowadays if caught early, but the danger is that someone is binge-drinking alone. I'm sorry if you lost a loved one. There are people who, when they take a drink, cease to be themselves. Remember the good times and go on without asking "what if". Best wishes.

i have a slightly grey dead tooth (lateral incisor). i put ice on it and feel nothing. no pain or swelling or anything. im panicking b/c i googled it & saw that it can cause health problems, like death. ?? scared and cant get into dentist for 2 wk?

: If you have no fever, pain or redness in the area you will not have any disasterous things you have read on your sources. Keep area clean. rinse with oral antiseptic and see your dentist as scheduled. Always ask a MD for medical questions and not such sources.

Malodorous urine: You need to get your urine tested. It could be an infection that needs to be tested with antimicrobials. If it persists after treatment, then you may need further testing, eg, ct scan to rule out kidney stones.
