Infected wound: It sounds like your wound is infected.  Have it looked at and possibly cultured. You may have to be on antibiotics.

Hard to say!: How long has this been going on?  You may be causing irritation from shaving, a harsh soap, or scented soap, cream, detergent or deodorant. This can cause lymph nodes to swell  Use unscented products, no fabric softener.  Shave only after using a shaving cream or lotion (unscented) to soften, and don't use a dull blade. If the problem does not go away with these measures, see a doc to find out why

: Lymph node swelling in opposite arm has been reported following COVID-19 vaccines, but typically this emerges progressively over a few days.  Have your doctor evaluate this just to be certain that no other infective co-morbidity is present.  Most likely this will clear over next several days.

Skin Infection: Could be viral (such as herpes zoster commonly called shingles) or bacterial (such as impetigo), most likely. Fungal infections would be a much less common cause for such an acute and inflammatory response. It is important to have the condition properly diagnosed and treated.

Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph for anything bad  like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

Various malignancies eg: leukemia, lymphoma or genital cancer. Should be checked out if swelling present or persists for more than about 3 weeks.

Prolonged enlargement should be biopsied.  If no problem, they shrink.

Find Reason: You need to see your doctor or dentist to find out. If they are swollen, then they are collecting bacteria.  Where do you have an infection that is feeding them?  Stop the infection.
