A clean catch urine culture and colony count is needed to diagnose a UTI which would need treatment. Vaginal and clitoral trauma will eventually heal with avoidance of rough technique. A vaginal discharge would indicate possible infection.

could be related to bladder some time UTI can manifest itself by vague pain and pressure might be gone away after first urination
you might not been emptying your bladder properly
so see your doctor
