There : There are free clinics in most areas where you can be seen and examined, such as planned parenthood, but if you google "free clinics", with your city name, you should be able to find one.  This could be a rash, an infection, or other abnormalities causing your pain.  You need to be seen and have a complete evaluation to diagnosis this.

Getting worse...: All of those things you describe could be associated with your diverticulitis getting worse...And that you need to see your regular doctor without delay. I would not just wait until your symptoms get worse or you develop fever or abdominal pain.

: You are too young for premenopausal syndrome but your symptoms are similar. Thyroid dysfunction also needs to be ruled out. You should see your family doctor or a GYN doctor for hormone tests. Good luck.

Multiple causes: Postcoital pain may be related to infection, thinning of the vaginal wall, muscle spasms, endometriosis, or issues with the bladder or rectum.   You should see a gynecologist to get this evaluated.

Yeast infection?: Balanitis is often yeast (thrush), especially in uncircumcised men. Vaginal yeast is common and a frequent cause of vaginal itching, irritation, etc. So it seems likely you and your partner are sharing a yeast infection, not uncommon in sex partners, although not considered an STD. She should see her doc; or maybe try an OTC vaginal yeast treatment. But for sure get care if no better 3-4 days.

Yes: Depends on age, issues.  Use silicone based lube for sex, not water based like k-y--it dries out too fast.  Need to make sure no infections, hormonal issues that can be addressed.
