Pain may go straight to the back and to the right upper back (by shoulder blade). See a doctor.

Gastroenteritis: You may be having gastroenteritis from food poisoning, make sure keep yourself well hydrated and if needed take some pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate). It usually pass on in 24-48 hrs, if persist have yourself checked out

i had stomach yesterday and got turned back by the nurses at work because apparently its a symptom of covid i feel much better now do i have to get tested i have no other symptoms 
please advise on what to do whether i can go back ?
