See a doctor: I am worried about the pain with laying down, sometimes that may be a sign for pericarditis, an inflammation of the pericardium which is a layer that wraps around the heart.  This condition can lead to potential for morbidity and mortality and needs to be evaluated immediately

Many things: It may be muscle related to much more serious things like pneumonia or even a blood clot. Cannot say without  being see by a doctor who can take a good history and do a good exam and order tests as appropriate.

Stop PPI: Not a great fan of ppi.  Try teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar instead.  Take it in upright position when symptoms occur and wait 20 minutes before repeating if necessary.  Do not eat 2 hrs before bedtime.

GERD: Chest pain in a 32 year old related to food or drink intake is most probably gerd and non cardiac. It usually responds to antacids. However, it would be prudent to see your doctor and have an ekg done with a thorough evaluation.

Sounds muscle: or joint pain, try an NSAID, if not contraindicated, warm compresses can help too, if no improvement or gets worse see your doctor, good luck

Doubtful: It is doubtful that this is heart related.  However, you women have strange  heart symptoms and should be included in your workup as well as chest x-ray.  My experience in this type of pain, it is usually related to "tightness" around the suprascapular nerve and of the rhomboid muscles attachng to the shoulder blade.  I usually will block the suprascapular nerve and trigger point inject the muscle.

Muscular: pain. sometimes certain things you may have done that do not catch your attention can cause muscle spasm

Inside vs outside: EKG tells us about electric activity that runs our heart. Spasms likely related to muscles on outside of your body. Work with your doctor and do things to maintain good health and do any tests they suggest.
