Possibly.: Ty sounds like your doctor had done ekg and also holter monitor to rule out a heart condition . Sometimes anxiety can cause an increase sense of awareness in breathing and feeling like one cannot take a deep breath. Anxiety could also cause muscle tension. Relaxation therapy could help a lot.

Chest pain: Have you done any heavy lifting or repetitive motion with your arms recently? If you get swelling in the muscles that hold your ribs this can cause chest pain. You can apply moist heat to the area and take an anti inflammatory medication such as Advil (ibuprofen). If it last more than a few days of gets worse you need to go to the ER.

Breast check:  at your age it would be highly unlikely for you to have a breast cancer however it is good to be conscious of your body. Beneath your breasts are pectoralis muscles and your rib cage, there for what you're feeling is most likely normal. Cancer is more nodular and hard, most of the time it is fixed in place as well.

Skin : You may have a skin infection such as yeast.. You should see your physician to get evaluated. Could be a skin infection, mastitis, or other issues. Not likely breast cancer at age 17, but of course it is possible.

Iodine: Try taking iodine or lugol's iodine on a regular basis. 30mg (300mcg) daily should be enough. Good luck!

See details: The only definitive cure is breast reduction surgery. Wear a bra because support is generally much better than no support. The surgery is often covered by insurance.

Gallbladder?: Sounds like gall bladder, but pancreatitis, pancreatic mass, aortic aneurism, and lung mass are among the most scary possibilities.  It's more likely heartburn, gastritis, or gastroparesis.
