: No.  It is not possible to pull out ribs in a clinic/office visit.

: Sounds like a contusion which takes a week or two th get better. Use moderate heat locally three times a day . If not better in 10-12 days see an MD to rule out a fracture.

Depends: How recently was the hysterectomy? If recent, fluids in the pelvis can irritate the diaphragm and cause back and rib pain. But more concerning is the possibility of blood clot - you need to check with your doctor right away for an exam.

Nonspecific: This could be any number of things, such as costochondritis, an intercostal muscle sprain, a trigger point, pain due to intra-thoracic pathology, etc.  Try an oral anti-inflammatory for a week, and see a physician if symptoms persist.

Rib cage pain.: No difficulty breathing? Does movement increase pain? If you are short of breath, have new confusion onset or have blue lips or face get emergent care. Otherwise, have you tried NSAID's, warm shower or heating pad?   If no other symptoms, this might be from musculoskeletal causes.

Costochondritis?: Could be an area of inflammation between the rib and your sternum.  There's a joint there, but it doesn't move too much.  But that joint can become inflamed causing pains.
