Possible twisting...: In young men with testicular pain with highly variable intensity, duration, and interval without problems (by hx and physicals) in testes and epididymis, i would consider possible intermittent twisting with spontaneous untwisting of testis, although the peak age of t-torsion is around 10-16. This condition might have gone unnoticed for up to 10-15 yrs, detailing? Ask dr with alert and commonsense.
