Pain rt lower side : Of the stomache?   It is important to see u physician  to r/o. Appendicitis  or other serious medical condition as soon as possible.

Possible ovulation: If you period stopped the first of march, i would presume that it started about a week earlier.  It is now the 9th, so it has been about 2 weeks since the start of  your last period, and this is the proper time for  you to be ovulating.  It is a pain called mittelschmerz, and is normal for some women who can feel when they ovulate.

Abd pain: Impossible to know without examining you.  It sounds like it could be an abdominal strain or possibly a hernia.  Probably should see your doctor to get it checked out.

Could be gallbladder: While there are many things, including muscle spasm or inflammation if the cartilage of the rib cage, gallbladder pain is typically in this location, and classically is worse 39-45' after meals, particularly with fatty foods. May be associated with nausea. See your doctor to check it out.

Need help here...: By "lots of activity" do you mean: 1) that your stomach bothers you when you are busy, or 2) your stomach growls a lot and/or you have diarrhea in association with stomach upset?  You get a different answer from us depending on the meaning of your question.

Needs evaluation: 1. Could be rib, soft tissue injury
2. Could be a collapsed lung
3. Could be a blood clot

ultimately you need evaluation and if your pain is that bad you need to go to the emergency room.
