Possible-not likely.: The vast majority of pains from heart are felt in torso, though sometimes also perceived (radiate), as with other mediastinal sensations, into the shoulders &amp; arms (all innervated by cervical nerves 3, 4 &amp; 5) &amp; brain/mind cannot always correctly identify the origin. While arterial disease typically begins in childhood, arteries enlarge, heart pain quite rare at age &amp; most arm pains come from arm.

should i be worried i have left arm pain for about a week and chest pain? hubby tells me to go to doc asap but i don't think its urgent.

Chest pain concern: Chest pain and left arm pain are related to heart problems but also can be musculoskeletal in origin. Any chest pain without knowledge of origin, should be brought to attention of physician especially since cardiac disease is being recognized more commonly in females. Yes you should see a physician for examination and workup of the pain.

Hard to say: Pain in the arm could be coming from many sources - until you know the source, the best treatment may be elusive. Possible causes include trauma, neuropathy,  arthritis, cervical disk disease, overuse syndrome, heart problems, and more. A thorough evaluation by your doctor is a first step, and some testing may be needed.

my upper left arm pains when i use it since the last two weeks.the pain is continuous and is extensive but reduces after massaging but reappears again?

Muscle injury : Sounds like a muscle injury of some kind even if you don’t remember it happening- trauma, overuse, or even lying on it too long. 
Physical therapy or even some simple massage over a few days will help it to heal sooner. Inflammation is causing the pain and this situation can make the muscle tight and painful. So acetaminophen by mouth or muscle rub ointment may help the pain in the meantime.

Doctor can evaluate: Rashes are very difficult to describe in words, so an exam by a primary care doctor and/or a dermatologist is helpful, when the rash is present. Sometimes rashes occur from bug bites, fungus or yeast, reactions with chemicals, irritants, plants, allergens, etc... If one cannot go to the doctor, then it is helpful to take a set of photos to show a doctor later, or to show an online doctor.
