If your lower abdomen hurts, that could be your skin, muscles, bladder, uterus, or intestines. If the upper part of your abdomen hurts, it could be acid reflux, pancreatitis, or other problems. See a doctor for an assessment.

Sounds like hernia: It sounds like you could have a belly button hernia.This is a weak area in the abdominal wall where your umbilical cord brought nutrients to you as a fetus. The weakness can provide a portal where the intestines or other abdominal contents can push trough & get hung up. See your pcp & have this evaluated. A simple day surgery procedure could fix it if present.

Pain: you probably have an intestinal virus. Try a liquid diet for 24 hours and  perhaps an  antacid to see if that helps

Period weirdness: It is likely your body is returning to normal  -  it may take up to 3 months after a miss to have your menses return to normal    I would keep an eye on things  -  sounds like residual old blood causing the discharge.   If it continues  please see your doctor
