Chew: First i would recommend chewing your food more carefully to prevent this problem.  There is not much to do to treat the problem but wait and let the body take care of itself.  If you are chewing your food and still getting abdominal pain then i would try adding over the counter food enzymes to assist in digesting your food better and probiotics to replenish colon bacteria and prevent bloating.

Knotty stomach: I think that you might describing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.  The symptoms can be constipation, diarrhea, cramping, irregular 
bowel movements, feelings of anxiety about the problem, another problem could be diverticulosis -- discomfort bowels changes, sometimes constipation --stool in your colon can feel like a lump that moves when you have a bowel mvmt.  Please see your doc for eval.

: If that pulsatile movement persists you should see your doctor for an examination, especially if you have history of hypertension.

Caffeine intake?: You seem to be describing palpitations, but could also be describing other types of arrythmias, or irregular heart ryhthms. If you are taking in much caffeine such as coffee, tea, caffeinated soft drinks, green tea, chocolates etc. These can cause an irregular heart rhthym. In the event it could be serious, you should see your physician. You may need an ekg or a 24 hour monitor to evaluate futher.

If he can't keep: Food down, then he should seek a formal evaluation to make sure there isn't a more concerning cause of his stomach issues and to make sure that complications like dehydration aren't developing.

Pain stomach on righ: Impossible to tell without examination.  If pain continues or worsens see your doctor right away.  Remember that your appendix is on the right side, so appendicitis causes right sided pain.

From time to time the noised are louder and you can hear them from the outside. It is actually a normal part of digestion most of the time. Rarely, if accompanied by pain it may mean there is an obstruction in the bowel.
