Yes it could: If the beta was very low to start off with, as it may be neg now, but you still need a pelvic ultrasound if u are having spotting and pain  please see your gyn for an ultrasound.

UTI?: Pain with urination is often caused by an infection in the bladder.  These types of infections can cause pre-term labor so its a good idea to have it checked out.  If you have an infection, you will need a short course of antibiotics.  Best wishes!

Implanon: Irregularly irregular periods are very common with the Implanon and Nexplanon contraceptives. The streaky brown discharge may be old blood that is just part of this irregular bleeding. Many things including colon cramping could have caused the pain 2 nights ago. If you aren't having any more pain, I don't believe you need to be concerned. See your doctor if more pain occurs. I : I have a very low threshold for pain in any pregnant patient, and so should you. What i mean is don't ignore it or think it's nothing. You should always call your OB or family doctor if you are having any pain during your pregnancy. Lower abdominal pain at your stage of pregnancy can be a lot of things. You could be dealing with a uti(urinary tract infection), round ligament pain(common in pregnancy) it could be the baby's position, placental issues can present with lower abdominal pain, but usually bleeding as well. There are also many other possibilities. The bottom line is your doctor should be alerted and then a decision can be made on the next course of action. Remember if you are told it's probably nothing don't worry about, be your own advocate. If your pain worsens or you are uncomfortable with the advice and are concerned go to the er or OB triage.Remember you have to protect yourself and your unborn fetus. Best of luck to you.

Cystitis: If you meant urinating, it could be urinary bladder infection. Any fever? Blood in urine, ? Pregnant?

Sounds like : Constipation. I would recommend MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) 4 capfuls in 20 oz water twice a day for three days with dulcolax suppository in rectum twice a day for one day. If pain increases or you do not pass stool seek immediate care.

Lower Abdominal pain: Cause of lower abdominal pain include but are not limited to: appendicitis, bladder infection or inflammation, inguinal hernia, diverticulitis, ulcerative colitis, crohn’s disease, kidney stone or infection, cancer, pelvic inflammatory disease, seminal vesicle inflammation,  ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, ovarian cyst, aortic aneurysm, injury and intestinal obstruction.
