Ovarian cyst??: No period for 4 months means that you haven't ovulated for 4 months.  Not ovulating can result in continued stimulation of the ovaries, which may result in an ovarian cyst.  A cyst can cause pelvic pain.  I would see your doctor for evaluation.

im 35 period wont stop going on still for a week now with very light on off blood also have very bad back hip pain that goes into pelvis little bit and right thigh. i feel very gassy too what could cause this?

: Likely a groin muscle sprain that would respond to rest and heating pad 2-3x per day. Alternatively, concern for hernia is a groin bulge, constipation, or becomes focal and constant, and then a General Surgeon would be needed. If all this fails, ultrasound of testicles to rule out a hydrocoel and see a Urologist.

i am getting pain in right thigh ; a nerve at right leg junction causing pain in thigh; right testical and back pain.pls suggest whom i need to visit?

Disc herniation: This may be symptoms of a disc herniation . Sounds like it is involving  one of the upper lumbar nerve roots. Best doctor to seek treatment for this condition is a physiatrist. Specialist who focuses on musculoskeletal, neurological and orthopedic conditions.

Possible: clots from birth control are a bit more common in the calf than the thigh.  Only way to know for sure is seek an evaluation.  It may be something like sciatica too (limited history given, so just mentioning another possible cause)

Well: Sounds like you have been banged up pretty good. Rest and see how you do. Takes a while to improve. If gets worse or not. Enter than return to doctor for acre evaluation

Trauma?: Fall? Xray seems a bit much unless she had a trauma, or fall. And if she did, may just be bruised. Rest & Acetaminophen may do the trick. If not subsiding or worsening, seek help again.

: Need much more info and a focused exam and lab testing which we can do here.  In meantime make sure your blood and body K )potassium) r normal.  How?  Blood test. Use app Cronometer to make certain you are eating lots of K.  BP normal? 
Many possible causes. I would keep diary of food/drink/work/stress that might bring it on. Then discuss with your local Drs.

?infected cyst: I would see a primary care physician or dermatology just to see if you have an infected cyst. You may need antibiotics or it may need to be drained. Another possibility is a type of fatty tumor known as an angio lipoma which can be painful.
