Esophagus?: Could be an esophageal spasm, or a large hiatal hernia, known as a paraesophageal hernia. These can be diagnosed with upper GI contrast xray, and esophageal manometry. Usually, a GI doctor, or general or thoracic surgeon with experience in treating reflux disease would order these tests.  Hope this helps!

Gastric irritation,: This could be gastric irritation or other causes such as gallbladder (cholecystitis), see your PCP for evaluation

Shoulder blades: Pancreatitis and also gall stones can cause pain that radiates to the back, occuring after meals. You need a blood test called "lipase" (a pancreatic enzyme), and an ultrasound of your gallbladder.

Gallbladder: The gallbladder often refers pain to the shoulder.  See your doctor to get your gallbladder evaluated.  In the mean time stick to a very low fat diet (lots of fresh fruits and vegetables - no pizza/burgers/fries).

i feel pressure after eating anything, just like i have had a very heavy meal, the pain goes to the back side in the middle of my shoulder too?

Pain: Please make an appointment with your current doctor. He/she will listen to your concerns, examine you, and order labs. It may be a day or two before the lab results are available.
While waiting for results you doctor is likely to give you some medication to try and ease your pain.

No: Food and other rash producing substances cause a more diffuse, disseminated rash. Extremely rare to have a food rash so isolated to a small skin area. Watch for spreading.

A number of things: Sounds as if you have had extensive evaluation of some digestive complaints.  There could be a variety of sources: recurrent stenosis of the opening of the bile/pancreatic duct (ampulla) causing blockage and pancreatitis; ulcer disease, esophageal disorders including spasm or blockage, intestinal blockage or insufficient blood supply.  You might want to seek a second opinion from a GI specialist

Just a thought: this is said to often originate in the GALLBLADDER!

Ask your PCP (Primary Care Provider)
