i'm 41 having pain like bruises on the front of my thighs and i can't hardly walk sometimes bc of the pain in my butt cheek what is this?

Sounds serious: Impossible to diagnose in this way, but you may well have a disc problem that is causing both these pains.  If you are having difficulty walking it is serious and you really need to be examined to get a diagnosis.  If there is any problem with feeling in your feet or legs, or difficulty urinating then it is a true emergency.  Otherwise any primary care clinic could begin the workup.  Good luck!

Nerve?: Could be a pinched nerve (spinal stenosis, spur, inflammation, tight muscle).  Blood clot in the leg is another thought, but usually associated with some swelling and certain risk factors.  An exam and further details on the nature and timing of pain will reveal more information and help guide successful treatment.

i have severe inside pain in my butt cheeks and it's right down my legs. also severe pain in my shoulders?

Piriformis Syndrome: This could be associated with a deep muscle in the buttock that is adjacent to the sciatic nerve.  When the muscle spasms it can irritate the nerve.  Pain can be alleviated with an injection.  I recommend evaluation by a pain specialist to see if you are a candidate.

Sciatic nerve : It's sounds like what you are describing could be sciatic nerve pain, or sharp muscle spasm pains. If it's radiating down it points more to sciatica. If it stays local, probably muscular. Even if it's sciatic, the nerve passes btwn muscles and if they spasm they clamp down and can irritate the nerve. Go see a sports massage therapist or even an acupuncturist a few times to release the tension.

i am having really bad pain in my right butt cheek i am struggling to walk because of this. i am 6 months pregnant. what can i do to make it better?

SIJ belt: In some women pregnancy stresses the sacroiliac joint(s) (sij) leading to these types of symptoms, due to an hormone "relaxin" released, causing ligament softening to prepare pelvis birth canal for birthing.  Can be painful like sciatica.  A sij belt (boa.Com) can be helpful (after the work and published peer reviewed studies of andry vlemming).

I do not know: It may be arthritis or a pinched nerve, or a deep abscess or cyst, etc.  Be sure to get an examination so the diagnosis can be made, and then any necessary treatment would occur.  Best wishes

i have a couple of tiny thorns in my butt cheek and cannot get them out (been there about one month). will they eventually be absorbed by my body?

: The thorns are more likely to expelled rather than absorbed. Usually an inflammatory reaction occurs around the foreign body and a  small pimple forms and the healing process expels the item.
