No: No gas will not cause pain in the testis. It will be a good idea that you get it checked by your family doctor or a urologist. As you are only 16 years old.You will need a detailed history,physical exam and if indicated imaging of testis like Ultrasound

30 yo men do: Not get prostate cancer, and usually do not have big glands, but can have inflamed glands, or boggy glands.  A course of antibiotics is usual, but you went to find out about bellty...Was that ever resolved...It sure isn't from prostate.
