No: Anytime pain is a part of the question, it is always prudent to discuss with your MD therapies or a solution to the issue. Urinary frequency is indicative of a possible urinary tract infection.

Fever?: If you have fever, I would be worried that your symptoms indicate urinary tract sepsis, a life threatening illness. An emergency dept visit would be reasonable.

c02=15 ; wbc=14.0; no fever; nausea/vomiting, pain@left side; memory loss; thirst, urination, leg edema. glucose 58-207. been hypoglycemic for 20yrs.

Low CO2: With a CO2 of 15, you have an acidosis (A). You need to go to call the physician (P) who ordered the blood test you are referring to to see what type of A you have. Your glucose of 207 is abnormal and it appears that you have diabetes.  Your elevated WBC may indicate an infection. If you cannot speak to the P, or feel ill,  go to the ER and have it checked out to see if it needs to be treated.

Hematuria: Hematuria work up usually includes imaging of the kidneys, urine culture and cystoscopy.  See a urologist.

Frequency: It is unlikely that the upper respiratory symptoms are related to the urinary frequency. See your family dr. To get checked out and have a urine culture.

Stone?: You could be passing a kidney stone or you may have a urinary tract infection, seek medical help for this, the stone can get pretty painful.

Cystitis symptoms: Interstitial cystitis can present this way. So can urine gravel / small stones.  So can tubal infection with genital / urethral inflammation.  Please be checked.

: At this time, without other symptoms, it appears you have a minor irritation at the tip of your urethra. Is the opening (meatus) irritated looking?  Any recent trauma? This doesn't seem to be a STD,bladder or prostate issue. If the discomfort doesn't improve or if it worsens, see your MD or a urologist for evaluation and testing of urine.
