Need more info: In general a person in their 30s with a negative stress test is at very low risk of coronary artery disease. Still no test is perfect and younger men can still get coronary disease, ( especially if another risk factor is present ( smoking, diabetes etc.) on the other hand there are many causes of arm and jaw pain. You should discuss the problem with your physician to get to the bottom of it.

Pains...: Assuring you definitely had the heart investigated by cardiologists, it could be nerve related-meaning the nerve that innervates those areas is irritated or inflamed in some way, causing the pains. i'm 21 and keep getting pain in my left arm, chest, back and jaw. went to emergency room and they didn't find anything. had severe exercise intolerance since flu. had echo post flu, ct, 24hr holter.

As above: If u have seen a physician and u have received extensive work up with normal finding , most likely u have anxiety  with somatic  symptoms. U may try to see a mental health professional for med treatment and psychotherapy.

Concerning: While it doesn't sound serious. The fact that it hasn't improved in 2 weeks is likely a good time to consider a more comprehensive evaluation. Possibilities include a TMJ disorder, referred pain from a neck condition.
