Unusual: I cannot see how masturbation and ejaculation could cause joint pains unless there is a positional explanation. Back discomfort could develop when the prostate gland is congested from too much sexual activity however. Are you sure that the joint pains don't occur on other occasions as well? Perhaps a consultation with a urologist may be helpful.

Could be: There is nothing wrong w masturbation. It will not make you fat, blind or infertile. Orgasm is an intense experience. Besides involving contraction of body muscles (which can leave you sore if not used much) there is release of neurotransmitters, some which make you very relaxed & even sleepy. If very tired for more than several hours, check w your doc to make sure something else isn't going on.

May take motrin: Vigoruous males your age commonly have a vigorous sex drive, so this is common.  The pain in your back can be treated with motrin 600 mg 4x/day.  The joints popping does not indicate any disease  - I am assuming that the joint is not out of place, just making a popping sound.  You can look up some back exercises to do to help your aching back on the internet.

No clue: The symptom(s) are brief, vague and could reflect issues arising from various tissues or bones in the region. Only a review of past &amp; current history and physical exam plus any indicated testing could sort this out. Even then the cause may be elusive.

Most likely, you have been working out without stretching or warming up enough and you have put some strain on your muscles and joints. Take the time to do a good warm-up, stretch a bit, and then stretch a lot after exercise. If you keep having trouble, ask your doctor- you may need to take a break to let a strain heal.

Stop: stop what is causing the pain, see your PCP for an evaluation. over the counter ibuprofen is good for knee pain. not sure what your masturbation problem is but you could seek out a psychotherapist that specializes in sexual problems.
