Injection site pain: Depends on how it looks but there is a fair amount of the hormone injected into the muscle (enough for 12 weeks worth of contraception).  If there is no redness you could wait and see and get checked out by your nurse/doctor/sexual health clinic during the day.  Needs urgent attention if redness fevers or worsening severity of pain as will need to have the site examined and checked.

is it normal to have really strong burning pain in bum and into thigh after im bum steroid injection. also how common is sero neg autoimmune diseases?

Nerve pain: If a nerve was injured during the injection, that could happen. Seronegative autoimmune disease is rare.

extreme sharp pain in bum , genitals and bladder. passing stool has triggered it and during the end part of urinating, the bladder hurts and trigger the same pain but mild. please tell me some diagnosis/problems from my symptoms and what it could be?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may have hemorrhoids and it would be prudent to see a doctor to guard against things getting worse.

Coccyx pain: If you are bruised it sounds like you injured the area somehow.  Did you fall?.  See your pcp.

Thrombosed Hem.: Sounds like you may have a thrombosed hemorrhoid.  Best to see surgeon who can remove the thrombus (usually in the office with simple office procedure).  This will give you much relief and speed your recovery.  Dr R

Evaluation : Back and hip pain are certainly common complaints late in pregnancy. If you feel the pain is outside of the normal discomforts of pregnancy then have your doctor to an examination to determine if any other testing is needed
