Check  ingredients: You may have a sensitivity to a common ingredient. I suggest making a list of these drinks and foods for your family doctor to review. If there is no clear answer, then consider seeing an allergist.

Consult PCP to get -: Checked up and investigated, for a disc lesion or arthritis, or both causing a pinched nerve. Other rarer causes could also be diagnosed by your pcp or an orthopod.

No such thing as: Spot  reduction( of fat/flab).As you diet and exercise to lose weight and maintain muscle mass,your arms will take care of themselves.You can spot increase ( build up muscle)any muscle group .The most efficient way is resistance training( lifting weights).Proper technique is essential.Find an experienced trainer to get started right.Good luck

i'm greek and i feel like i just noticed that i suddenly have more sm moles all over neck/chest/upper arms than before. possible? they are cm size

CM sized?: Most moles are much smaller than this.  And they don't appear suddenly, you are either born with them or they develop slowly starting small. Also at your age (39) new moles are rather unusual.  You should probably see a dermatologist to get an examination to determine what they are.

my baby is teething at the moment and i've had to hold him and lay with him at night to comfort him to the point my upper arms get achy so i have to keep switching arms and sides. today my neck and arms feel v weak and sorta numb. could this be why?

: Your pattern is not good for your health. A newborn can learn to self settle if you allow them to. It is the best way for both of you to stay healthy. If you want to do this until the baby is 12 yo continue. If not, let the kid learn to self soothe. Crying/fussing does not mean hurt. It is the way many react to the new outside world until they adjust to it.

OK to avoid them: First it may help to work with a certified personal trainer to modify an overhead exercises so that they are more "tolerable".  Otherwise, no exercise that is done overhead is "necessary".  Be reassured that you can readily find alternatives that will be suitable without compromising your the benefits you are receiving.

No, it should not.: No. Lumbar (lower back) disc herniations should not cause neck pain or left arm symptoms.  Cervical (neck) disc herniations however may cause your symptoms.
