Anterior knee pain: Possibly patellofemoral syndrome, patellar or quad tendonitis, prepatellar bursitis, osgood-schlatter, patellar maltracking, pf djd. Those are the most common reasons. Also consider odd presentation of meniscal tears.

Patella issue: Based on your age, I'd be thinking of a patella chondromalacia/ alignment issue irritated by activity.
Also, you might have a patella bursitis if you've had some trauma to the area.
I'd go with some rest, ice and NSAIDs.
If symptoms persist, I'd get an orthopedic exam.

Very common: Pain in the front of the knee is a common problem after acl reconstruction.  More so after a patellar tendon autograft.  Kee doing your rehab.
