Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. If you are even slightly overweight, losing weight would help (easier said than done).
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Without a complete history &amp; exam, it's impossible to determine the cause of your chest pain.  You should make an appointment w/ your primary physician to determine what testing or treatment is needed.  IF IT'S NEW CHEST PAIN WITH EXERTION, YOU SHOULD GO TO THE CLOSEST ER IMMEDIATELY

Reflux: Possible having reflux disease.  Laryngeal signs of that may be cough and sore throat.  The chest pain and back may be heart burn.  You should see your Physician.

Multiple things: Hard to tell without a physical exam, but you could have caused some muscle spasms leading to this feeling, jarred your costocondral or costovertebral joints, subluxed a rib/ribs, jammed your shoulder causing pain to entire shoulder girdle, or irritated a nerve in your neck or back with radicular signs. Again, difficult to tell, but if you are concerned and its not getting better, see your doc.

Ask doc.: Pneumonia is a serious illness.  Fatigue is common.  You don't want to overexert, and need to rest to get allow the body to fight off infection quickly.  Talk to your doc and ask about light duty.  Aids work really hard, and you should not go back to full duty yet.

See your PCP: Anxiety can often present like a heart  attack and many people end up in the  ER because they don't know.  It can be very frightening, but the only way to know for sure is to be checked by a doctor.  If your heart is fine, you may want to consider the level of stress in your life or if anything in particular is worrying you, large or small.  Talking to a professional can help you figure this out.

3 months after c-section relly bad gas pain in chest and back and dizziness is this normal? how long do it take to totally recover to normal?

You should already: Be recovered, could be from your other medical problems please call your pcp as u need a workup for these problems which may not be related to the c-section.
