when bending over & wearing glasses, i experience pain behind my ears. i suffer from sinutus (sp?) - could this be a symptom of that or something more

I do not think so: Sinus Congestion and Allergic Rhinitis can be treated with Steam Inhalation using Menthol, Turmeric and Ginger tea if you have Post nasal Drip.
 OTC Ibuprofen will aso help the headache. Short trial of Anti histaminic would help your allergy symptoms

For how long?: How bad is the pain? What was the surgery for? Is any of the skin red? Do your glasses need to be adjusted? It may be a simple answer but maybe they're just too tight.

Dizziness: Great question. Sometimes its due to TMD, dehydration, vision problems, inner ear issues or stress. Start by drinking a lot of fluids, see your eye doctor to make sure your prescription. (i had the same problem when my prescription was wrong) and get a good check up with your doctor

swimmy/dizzy head for few years, sept. started wearing glasses, eyes have gotten worse along with dizziness. can my eyes be causing my dizziness?

Dizzy eyes?: There is a small possibility that your current glasses may need adjustment. However, in my experience eye symptoms are secondary to the dizziness and not a cause of dizziness. I would get your glasses checked. If there is no significant change in the prescription and your ocular motility is normal- I would seek a neuro-otologist for evaluation.

Time to see a doctor: She may just have what we call a "floater" and and uncorrected refractive error, but she needs a thorough eye exam to evaluate and treat the problem..  The Q &amp; A part of our service is free and, in this circumstance, my advice is worth what she paid for it.

Possibly: Your glasses may be tooo tight and an adjustment by an optician may get rid of the problem.  If you are truly allergic to the plastic, coating it with lear nailpolish is a temporary solution.

Muscle irritation: It sounds like the glasses or headband are irritating the muscles around the ears. The temporalis muscles are in front and in back of the ears. Some people are more sensitive and compression by glasses or a headband may cause these to tighten and lead to pain. You may try adjusting the tension on the glasses or headband or decrease the amount of time wearing them.

i have had to wear glasses since i was a  child  i have just recently noticed a little bump behind my ear where my glasses are it doesn't hurt or itch?

Lump behind ear: it could be a swollen lymph node.  Monitor it for a week or so and if no improvement then get it checked out
