This can mean a urinary tract infection though can also be do to a sexually transmitted disease including gonorrhea or chlamydia. You will need a urine analysis and a urethral swab. I would suggest consulting with your primary doctor for definitive diagnosis.

Also kidney stones can cause bleeding and frequent feeling of urination as well as pain. If only increase in urination and no infection, then increase in fluid will cause that symptom alone.
