Dysuria: If this is acute issue could be an infection.  If chronic it could be inflammatory or more serious condition. Drink plenty of water and have your primary doctor do a urinalysis a urine culture and a pelvic exam.

Abdominal pain: Some younger men have a tight opening of the bladder (called the bladder neck) which causes difficulty or pain while passing urine. Other possibilities here could include a kidney stone or kidney infection. I would recommend that you see a urologist for a thorough evaluation.

Possibly gloves, etc: It might be from irritation from gloves if it is just after the smear, or it can be from a hard sweep by the speculum.  It can be from infection, like UTI or cystitis.  If you had colposcopy, it might be from the Acetic Acid used to destinguish areas to by biopsied, etc..  I would say that if it persists, see your doctor for work-up.

Testing : Your doctor can evaluate you to determine if you have interstitial cystitis. They can also determine if treatment for endometriosis is warranted. Medications like Orilissa are highly effective for endometriosis.
