Heavy lifting/weight: Sounds like you were diagnosed with a pectoralis muscle strain ("muscular chest pain above breasts"). It is common in weightlifters &amp; athletes who use their hands a lot. The pec muscle moves the arms forward (fly press) - excess weight in deconditioned athletes will cause it to spasm, even longer after you're done w/ weights. Best to rest, use heat to relax muscle, &amp; TTYD about medications, if any

i'm having chest pain above the breast area. it feels muscular due to the fact neck and back movement cause discomfort. i'm  a 34 year old female.

Does sound muscular: But neck, rib and even breast issues can cause the adjacent muscles to act up.  Apply moist heat and avoid any movement that aggravates the pain, except try to gently stretch through the pain a couple of times a day.  Take acetaminophen.  Check for lumps or bumps.  Get checked if not better in a couple of days or suddenly gets worse or any breathing difficulty.  Good luck!

there is no tingling sensation, whether sitting or sleeping?

Thumb pain: welcome to the curse of modern day humans. we were never designed for repetitive activity. The thumb pain is probably tendon irritation or joint inflammation or even carpal tunnel - repetitive activity. The shoulder pain is probably due to muscle due to posture, and lack of adequate breaks and stretching.

Needs further eval: Given your current symptoms get examined as with the chest pain you have it may need a chest x-ray . Sometimes the pain is just from coughing.  If consistently getting up colored mucous might need antibiotics . Get better.

Chest soreness: This could be a rib cage strain or some degree of inflammation of the junction of the rib and sternum(costochondritis) especially if there is tenderness and worsening with chest motion. Inflammation of the heart lining(pericarditis) caused by a viral infection is usually accompanied by fever.  I recommend that you be examined by a physician especially in view of abdominal symptoms as well.
