6-9 months: Most babies will begin turning pages of books at  the same point they begin to reach out and use their hands to manipulate the world around them.  Usually this occurs around 6-9 months of age, but don't be worried if it takes her a little bit longer.  If you're not sure, it's always smart to ask your pediatrician to do a thorough developmental evaluation.  The more you read to her, the better!

Many things: I usually have them see cardiology &amp; genetics. They need to be hooked up with an early intervention program. They need to have CBC and thyroid studies followed yearly (increased chance of thyroid disease &amp; leukemia). He will need X-rays of his neck when he is older. Vision screens.

Probably normal: Eyes adjusting from the dark to the light.  Probably fine.

Eval for ADHD: One key symptom of add is distractibility and often racing thoughts or brain fog.  I suggest an eval to r/o anxiety, depression and add.

Essentially the same: There is always a little variability from one mode of testing to another.  Each stroke of your heart is not exactly the same.  These are both fine.  The EPSS is too.

Heterotropia: Prisms are used to correct for ocular misalignment.  Heterotropia is the general term for this.  Usually more specific terms are used to indicate the alignment issue.  For example, exotropia means the eyes turn out in relation to each other.
