Assume long term?: Long term there are studies that suggest a correlation with dementia. Neurogenic bladder often has a retention component and Detrol (tolterodine) will worsen this so regular re evaluation is important.

My favorite part while talki with  my patient is to share possible problem such as the right times to take ordered meds, how much to take and when. I am always concerned that clients will not take meds in timely manner.Stop if side effects .O.

It can/will.: Oxybutin is a human insectacide , with non-specific effects on the autonomic nervous systems. Anti-cholinergic drugs have some anti-histaminic activity as well.  This can cause vaginal dryness, or simply less lubrication during intercourse.
