Hyperhidrosis: Before looking for natural remedies I would strongly suggest you see your doctor so he/she can find a cause for your sweating that might be easy to treat.

For temporary self-care, keep her palms clean and gingerly apply steroid cream, usually 0.5-1 % hydrocortisone once or twice daily; if not improving as expected in 2-3 days, seek timely attention and further care and counseling.

Itching: sting around the anal area could indicate local infection. Try to use wipes to clean after going to the bathroom, then apply antibiotics ointment.

i am not sure the long term effect of inhaling any material is safe 
you need to be more selective when using tha powder and keep it away from your lungs
you are too young to keep exposing yourself and your lungs to anything

Vasodilation: These symptoms suggest a vasodilation phenomenon. Possible causes include anxiety, stress, caffeine,spices or alcohol effect or hormonal imbalances. Has your thyroid status been checked? Are you taking any medications which could cause vasodilation? Perhaps an evaluation by an internist or endocrinologist would be worthwhile.

Although the symptoms subside rapidly, commonly within 1 hour, cu may significantly impair quality.

Do not know why, but: You should make sure that you replace the water and salts lost in the sweat. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. You may take an electrolyte drink like Gatorade. It would take more history, physical examination and may be some tests to know why you are sweating so much.

Try Drysol: Unfortunately, some people are more prone to excessive sweating.  This can be exacerbated by hormonal conditions, obesity, and other factors.  You can try Drysol, or special over the counter aluminum chloride solutions designed to reduce sweating.  If your condition persists, see ur clinician for further evaluation.  Take care!
