Bladder infection: It sounds like you have a bladder infection. Your doctor can test your urine to see if there is an infection and give you antibiotics to fix it. While you are there you can discuss your irregular menstrual cycles. Birth control is great at regulating the menstrual cycle.

: With last period Dec 23 would check HCG for pregnancy.  Would be concerned for ectopic pregnancy with left sided pain .Therefore follow up with  gyn/ ob for ultrasound as ectopic is a medical emergency.

Back pain/no period: Could be an infection or maybe too early to detect pregnancy.  Do more pregnancy tests and if you are not better see your doctor for an exam.

Pain: The answer has to do with the timing of periods . It will help to do a menstrual calendar and discuss it with your gynecologist.

Reasons: Reasons for missed / late period include: an anovulatory cycle in which no egg is released, marked v or ^ in weight; eating disorder; over-exercising (endurance athletics), stress, travel, significant illnesses, oral contraceptives ; other meds, illegal drug use, breast feeding, hormone imbalances and medical problems (i.e., pcos).

Normally a home: pregnancy test will be accurate when you are full month late on your period. You can repeat.  Reasons for missed /late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight gain or loss, over-exercise such as in endurance athletes, breast-feeding, stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, medications (i.e., birth control) or med problem (PCOS)

Reasonable: None of this sounds too worrisome, however if symptoms persist it would be best for you to be checked by your doctor.  Hpts are pretty reliable by the way.
