Multiple tests: There is no perfect test: ultrasound for ovarian volumes and antral follicle counts (afc) is very helpful, also antimullerian hormone (amh) blood test, day 2/3 Estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone (fsh) levels, and the Clomid (clomiphene) challenge test, where we check the fsh level on day 10 after 5 days of Clomid (clomiphene) at 100 mg/day. The Clomid (clomiphene) challenge test is best validated, with ultrasound coming in #2.

No. That's enormous.: That would mean each ovary is almost the size of your hand. If those numbers are correct and the units are truly centimeters, one's primary care doctor or gynecologist can offer an explanation because he or she knows the actual whole story of these ovaries.
