Better to avoid.: This area of the body is very vascular allowing it to heal well. If you have a yeast infection – then use of an antifungal medication for tears would be appropriate. If you were to use neosporin it may lead you to becoming sensitive to the medication.

Probable "boil": A "boil" or furuncle, is an abscess in the skin, often triggered by shaving.  You can apply moist heat (like a wet washcloth) and take baths to help the boil come to a head and drain.  If you develop fever or if the boil just becomes too painful or lasts &gt; 7 days,  see your Dr for further treatment. I wouldn't recommend trying to pop it, just allow it to pop/drain on its own.

Could be: Similar symptoms could be yeast infection. Usually yeast infection can be treated by prescrption medication or otc topicals.  Recurrent yeast infection may warrant further evaluation.
