Otosclerosis: Otosclerosis generally equals stiffening of the ear bones by depositing bone around the oval window / stapes (inner of the three ear bones). This stiffens the joint, leading to worsening of hearing over time. Also, bone may be deposited around the cochler (inner ear) and contribute to additional hearing loss. If you have otosclerosis, i presume this means you have seen an ent.

Surgery: Depending on the amount of conductive hearing loss you have, the only treatment is surgical removal of the stapes bone and insertion of a prosthesis.  If the conductive loss is greater than 35 dB, I would recommend stapedectomy by an experienced otologist.  There is, however, a 1% chance of a poor result.  However, otosclerosis is a progressive disease.

Not too bad: I do these under general anesthesia now, classically done under local anesthesia  with sedation.  Afterwards there can be a few days of slight dizziness and imbalance.  With that can be a little nausea. Usually not bad.  Risks are low, but include loss of hearing, loss of balance, metalic taste, just not working.

Hearing aid/surgery: You can use a hearing aid.  Long term there can be consideration for surgery to fix the middle ear and improve the hearing

See answer: Other than possibly sodium fluoride, there are no proven, evidence-based natural or homeopathic treatment alternatives for otosclerosis. However, alternative treatments have been used for such symptoms of otosclerosis as tinnitus: acupuncture, zinc supplements, ginkgo, hypnosis, and hearing therapy.  Observation, hearing aids, and surgery are the standard treatments.

if i have problem in otosclerosis, does it affect the eardrum?

Eardrums: Otosclerosis  affects the bones behind the tympanic membrane and  it doesn't affect the tympanic membrane. But the decrease in function of sclerotic bone behind the eardrum can lead to decrease in hearing in the affected ear. Hope this helps.
