: Proper treatment would require a proper in person evaluation. The issue could be caused by one of several bacterial or skin conditions.  Many would require prescribed medication. If what you have tried won't help it is time to get evaluated.

Stop antibiotic: which is most likely the cause of the vaginal infection/burning and itching. Ask your physician for an Rx for a diflucan (fluconazole) tablet

Yeast: Travocort contains an antifungal agent along with a corticosteroid but the strength of the antifungal is too weak to eradicate a vaginal yeast infection. Your pharmacist can recommend a vaginal cream to try. You can also apply travocort. If your partner also has a penile irritation he should also be treated. See your gynecologist as needed.

Be patient: You have a chemical burn. You need to keep the site clean and moisturized over the next week or more &amp; it will gradually improve. It may take 6 weeks to approach normal, so it will take patience. That cream is a stripping agent that is doing what it does, just in the wrong site.
