Coincidence?: Oral sex should not affect your period. An infection could, so if you have any other signs such as discharge, abdominal pain, fever, then get checked.

: Your question is unclear. What increased when you state  "sudden increase in my lower abdomen&amp;hips"? If you have pain in your abdomen and hips it may be due to excessive physical activity. You may take acetaminophen, no more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol. Oral sex is unlikely to have contributed to your symptoms.

Hormone levels: she must be checked for hyperprolactinemia elevated blood prolactin which stimulates milk production. Sexual arousal can also cause this in certain women. Certain endocrine abnormalities may also  cause these issues.

Pregnant?: Chances of what?  If pregnancy, very very low.  If std the question is whether you used protection during oral sex.  If not, go and get checked.  This a major risk factor for HIV transmission.

Sex: If you have had NO vaginal intercourse then your period cannot be affected. Your vaginal bleeding  may be associated by direct trauma caused by your partner
