Fungal infection : You can try using Nizoral (ketoconazole) which is used for fungal infections of scalp but i doubt that it will work. I believe for best results you will need to take oral medication but ideally you should see a dermatologist for help.

Fungus of nails: Sopranex , but it is ver expensive and has undesirable side effects.  In general, a fungus of the nais is very difficult to treat. Your best bet is to be under the care of a dermatologist.

Yes: Most fungal infections of the skin can be treated with an over the counter anti-fungal cream.  However, deeper infections, usually affecting the hair follicles or nails, often require oral prescription medications.

Butt Rash: Yes, having a fungal infection for one year is alarming. One has to determine if you have a fungal infection or a yeast infection as the oral medications are different for each infection. You may not have a yeast or fungal infection but a contact dermatitis which is a type of allergic reaction to something that comes in contact with your skin. See your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.

OTC antifungal: If you think they are fungal infections (tinea corporis) then start with otc antifungals like lotrimin.  If it is not improving you would benefit from an in person examination from your pcp or a walk-in clinic.  Hope this helps.  God Bless

If : If you have fungal infection between the toes (commonly known as tinea pedis), treatment with antifungal powders (available otc) combined with topical antifungal creams such as terbinafine cream can be helpful.  They are well tolerated and help in most instances.  If that doesn't help, consider a visit to a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment options.  I hope that helps!

Examine: Frequently skin problems can appear similar to  each other.  Your son needs to be examined to ensure there is not a psoriasis or eczema problem.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you were exposed to circumstances where you could have experienced a tick bite, Lyme disease needs to be excluded.  It would be prudent to see an infectious disease doctor. Wish you good health!

Skin peeling: Could be fungal versus dermatitis ( allergic) vs eczema Some cremes( lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone) in US)  contain anti-fungal and steroid  which would treat both issues.  Also check what your hands are in contact with if caustic  chemicals may be contact dermatitis and need  the steroids , lotion and  gloves as well to protect. rarely psoriasis ( should respond to steroid a bit) f/u with doc
