can i get pregnant from my boyfriend kissing me on top of me. he had sweatpants on and i had jeans on, is it still possible? im concerned because im constipated and have a dry cough and a runny nose with on and off headaches?

Unknown without exam: You could have anything from a cold to allergies to eye strain or tension/stress or even something more serious developing.  Keep track of what makes your headaches better worse and when they happen exactly and take your headache diary/log to your doctor for a thorough exam and work up.   It is important to rule out the serious causes if your headaches continue.

Up to 6 weeks: In general, the symptoms of concussion may take up to 6-8 weeks to go away. Intermittent headaches may occur as may other symptoms like dizziness, nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, difficulty concentrating. The overall trend however is one of continued improvement. If the headaches or symptoms persist you should have an evaluation by a physician.

Sleep apnea?: Morning headaches, particularly when associated with excessive daytime sleepiness can be a sign of sleep apnea.  A sleep study can help with this diagnosis.  Otherwise, sleep position and mal-alignment of the cervical vertebrae are other potential causes.

Your headaches could be caused by migraine mechanisms or other problems such as sinusitis, dental issues, tension mechanisms, etc.  Regardless of cause, therapeutic intervention should be very successful.  And yes, meningitis causes significant and disabling symptoms.

See a doctor: Intermittent headaches need to be better defined (location, precipitating factors, associated symptoms, etc.), and chills may indicate the body's mechanism for increasing body temperature which may be low at the time the chill occurs. If you have had dental issues or questions about pulmonary or intestinal infection previously think about extension to the head. See a professional and be evaluated.

my 3 year old son threw up yellow  yesterday morning, and ever since then he has been complaining of on and off headaches and fevers what could it be?

Viral syndrome: Acute onset of vomiting without associated cough or cold symtoms. Intermitttent headaches and fever treated "without a response" or "feeling comfortable" would be suggestive of a more serious illness.  Persistent vomiting inspite of a trial of nothing by mouth stomach rest is also grounds for checking sooner than later. Small sips given over time with intro.To starches may be tolertated. Monitor!
