Unlikely : Sounds like you have significant hypertension, requiring 3 drugs to control. Would not modify any of your anti hypertensive medications until you’ve had a chance to fully discuss with your doctor

If it is a matter of medication side effect, stopping offending agent with your prescriber's approval should take of it rather quickly. If it's a result of a minor spat w/your partner which is now resolved, then again, ed is "cured" quickly. However, if ed is due to medical conditions like diabetes, cholesterol etc, need more time.
