1. Call the obgyn office and ask if any of the physicians speak mandarin
2. This information is sometimes listed on the websites of obgyn clinics 
3. Call labor and delivery of hospitals that are close to you and ask the front desk if any of the obgyn physicians that deliver at that hospital speak mandarin

You will: at some point. Likely they will have a nurse practitioner see you first. NP's are extensively trained, and usually extremely competent. In either event, the doctor will be readily available, and they can easily get him or her if there is some sort of problem. Hope this helps!

Not life threatening: Pelvic vascular congestion causes pelvic pain which can greatly affect your quality of life but is not life-threatening.

They can refer: It would be best to get a referral to a psychologist or a psychiatrist to accurately diagnose adult ADD. Your insurance company should be able to give you the names of some clinicians in your area who accept your insurance plan.

Depends: On the OBGYN.  But usually you will not be considered high risk for pregnancy without other medical problems.  However, you are at higher risk to have a baby with a genetic defect such as Down's Syndrome.  Talk to your OB about doing a triple screen and poss early fetal ultrasound during your pregnancy and weigh the pro's and con's.  However, It's your choice if you want genetic screening.

when pregnantnant, my meds were signed over to ob/gyn.now the nurse said she wouldnt refill wellbutrin (bupropion) until i had a pap smear. strange?  am no longer pregnant

Strange?: I am unsure on the reason behind not refilling your wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) unless they need to see you to feel comfortable in continuing to write the antidepressant. Hopefully you will not run out before you are seen. Perhaps you could also clarify with the physician who was writing your wellbutrin (bupropion) prior to your pregnancy? Good luck.
