Useful remedy: There are over 2000 homeopathic medicines but nux vomica is easily in the top 10 in terms of popularity. 30c refers to the potency (each remedy is available in different strengths- 30c is intermediate). For acute use some will do better with 12c, some with 30c. Nux is widely used for nausea, indigestion, hangovers and clearing reactions to foods or drugs that don't agree with you. See comment.

I wouldn't. : Nux vomica is the extract from the strychnine tree and is a deadly poison if ingested in sufficient dose. Before i experimented with that, i'd talk to your surgeon about your nausea. He may be able to change your pain medication, reducing narcotics which cause nausea and adding antiinflammatories for better analgesia.

: Except for anti-HIV drugs, there are no medicine or drugs of any kind that increase the window or otherwise have any effect on HIV test reliability.

Antibx and resp: While flippant, generally most kids who are admitted to the hospital are suffering an infection of some kind or having respiratory issues. So antibiotics are huge. Respiratory meds include albuterol and steroids mainly. Pain medications of course. Otherwise it's specialty dependent, and can vary greatly.

Contact your doctor: If you are feeling weak and dizzy upon standing up it could indeed be low. Contact your doctor for a dosing adjustment or perhaps investigating other potential causes. Also discuss the specific blood pressure targets with your doc.

No: We can only prescribe to those who see us, and we know who they are, know their allergies and are covered by insurances and we know would be sage to do so. Our system had a telemedicine, wherein, our own patients can go on the insurance computer for us and we can give them their medicine but not for consultation as this, too risky for you and for us, medico legally.

Yes: While there are potential risks/harm to a baby with many types of medication, seizure medications can be particularly harmful if not managed properly. You will need to work with a neurologist and obstetrician together to make sure you are on the best medication regimen.  You will need to have a good understanding of the risks and benefits that go with taking seizure medication.
