: Definitely maybe but hard to say for sure. Numbness in the fingertips can be from many things, including circulatory problems though nerve problems like a herniated disc in your neck, a pinched nerve or neuropathy from diabetes or some other cause is more common. Definitely something worth looking into!

Depends: Depends, if this is one sided, it's probably related to your back. Then see a neurologist or orthopedist. If it's both sides it is probably related to a metabolic process such as diabetes or other. Start with your general provider or internist. Hope this is helpful.

You may have more: Than one problem. The differential diagnosis includes: plantar fascitiis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, Achilles tendonitis, radiculopathy of lower back. 
I would recommed you see a doctor for follow up with an in person exam.

Could be disk: Injury in the low back causing mechanical nerve root compression or could be referred pain. A doctor will be able to tell you after a detailed physical exam and imaging. Make an appointment.

Maybe: Have you talked to your surgeon about this issue?  You might consider seeing a pain specialist and having a EMG done.  This could better assess the cause of the numbness...It might not be coming from the back, but rather further down the nerves pathway.

: A nerve strain can cause the burning/ numbness sensations you have described. Exercise or stretches can make this worse. Allow yourself and those areas to rest for at least 5 days. Apply alternating Hot/ cold packs each for 10 minutes separated by at least 30 minutes. Take Ibuprofen to relieve inflammation, and see your personal Dr for a full in person exam.
